Your session is tailored to YOU! No two sessions are alike. I’m passionate about getting to know my clients on a personal level to understand what makes them truly unique. Using my creative eye, I aim to capture your individual style and real emotions in a way that is timeless and heartfelt.

FAMILY PACKAGES

Maternity and newborn sessions can be bundled for a discounted price, reach out for more information! Mini Sessions are offered throughout the year that are shared on my Instagram and Facebook pages. 

OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE PACKAGE

INDOOR LIFESTYLE PACKAGE

  • Includes 1 hour sitting fee at a natural light studio in Downtown Bryan, Texas ($125 value)

THE PROCESS

I’m here to guide you every step of the way from the moment you book with me until the day of your session. Here’s a snapshot of what you can expect:

SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY

Fill out my contact form to secure your session and preferred date. Please note your desired session package. I will confirm within 3 business days to get you on my calendar.

MAKE IT OFFICIAL

I’ll send you a link to your client portal where you’ll find a questionnaire, contract, and deposit information to complete. A 20% deposit is due to secure your session date.

FOCUS ON THE DETAILS

We’ll discuss location, timeline and outfits. I’ll curate and send a personalized inspiration board to keep us aligned on your photoshoot style and vision.

THE BIG DAY

It’s finally time for your photoshoot! The remaining balance is due on the day of your session and your gallery will be delivered no later than 4 weeks.

FAQs

How will I receive my photos and how long will it take?

I will send you a URL to your online gallery of high-resolution digital images to download up to 3-4 weeks from your session date. Rush orders can be made for an additional fee.

Do you offer prints?

Absolutely! If you’re interested purchasing quality prints, keepsake albums, or wall galleries, please take a look at my print shop that is linked for easy viewing in your gallery. All prints are shipped directly to you from the top printing labs in the country.

Where are you located? Do you travel?

Alex Dougharty Photography is local to Bryan / College Station, Texas, but can meet you where you are!

What is your travel fee?

If traveling outside of the Brazos County, the standard federal traveling fee of 70 cents/mile round trip will be charged to your session invoice. If traveling outside of Texas, let’s chat!

What if we need to reschedule?

For matters outside of our control like weather or illness, we’ll coordinate a new date for your session. Safety first, always! For outdoor sessions, I’ll keep an eye on the weather the week leading up to your session and will stay in touch with you if we need to reschedule.

For studio session cancellations less than 14 days before your session date, a $125 rescheduling fee is required for to reserve a new time at Studio 717 due to their cancellation policy. I will not be refunded the original studio fee and will need to rebook with them. Please keep this in mind when choosing a date to ensure you are free of any schedule conflicts.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, please reach out to me to coordinate a payment schedule if needed.

Can I have the RAW / unedited photos?

I do not deliver RAW photos. Photography is my art form, I put my heart into selecting the very best images from your session and use my artistic and technical skills to provide professional edits that breathe life into your photos.

Can I post my photos to social media?

Please do! I appreciate any tags or mentions. It means the world when my clients share photos of their sessions with family and friends. I kindly ask that you don’t apply any filters or effects to any images before posting.

Do you help in the planning process?

Yes! I can help you choose the perfect location and suggest any props that can help bring your vision to life. Are you interested in a styled shoot but don’t know where to start? I will connect with you and send over inspiration to get the ideas flowing!

Do you have outfit recommendations?

100%! I love to be involved in helping you choose outfits to make sure we’re aligned with the overall aesthetic of your photoshoot. I can provide outfit links or help you decide from clothes you already own.
