THE FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS

sTEP 01 — sUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY

Fill out my contact form to secure your session and preferred date. Please note your desired session package. I will confirm within 3 business days to get you on my calendar.

sTEP 02 — MAKE IT OFFICIAL

I’ll send you a link to your client portal where you’ll find a questionnaire, contract, and deposit information to complete. A 20% deposit is due to secure your session date.

sTEP 03 — CONNECT & PLAN

I’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Together, we’ll align on locations, outfits, props, and cover every little detail in between.

sTEP 04 — THE BIG DAY

It’s finally time for your photoshoot! You don’t have to memorize poses or worry about “doing it right.” I’ll guide you every step of the way, making sure you look and feel your best. Just a reminder that the remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

sTEP 05 — REVIEW YOUR PHOTOS

Within 3-4 weeks, you’ll receive your full digital gallery — thoughtfully edited and ready for download straight to your computer and mobile device. From there, you’ll have the option to order prints or custom albums that preserve your story with intention and elegance.

Indoor studio sessions that offer a beautiful clean canvas for for baby milestone, newborn or maternity sessions. Perfect for cake smashes, lifestyle family portraits, and more.

FAQs

For matters outside of our control like weather or illness, we’ll coordinate a new date for your session. Safety first, always! For outdoor sessions, I’ll keep an eye on the weather the week leading up to your session and will stay in touch with you if we need to reschedule.
For studio session cancellations less than 14 days before your session date, a $125 rescheduling fee is required for to reserve a new time at Studio 717 due to their cancellation policy. I will not be refunded the original studio fee and will need to rebook with them. Please keep this in mind when choosing a date to ensure you are free of any schedule conflicts.
Absolutely! If you’re interested purchasing quality prints, keepsake albums, or wall galleries, please take a look at my print shop that is linked for easy viewing in your gallery. All prints are shipped directly to you from the top printing labs in the country.
If traveling outside of the Brazos County, the standard federal traveling fee of 70 cents/mile round trip will be charged to your session invoice. If traveling outside of Texas, let’s chat!

I do not deliver RAW photos. Photography is my art form, I put my heart into selecting the very best images from your session and use my artistic and technical skills to provide professional edits that breathe life into your photos.
Please do! I appreciate any tags or mentions. It means the world when my clients share photos of their sessions with family and friends. I kindly ask that you don’t apply any filters or effects to any images before posting.
